Occasionally, small repairs may be carried out to ensure an item is in its best wearable condition. Any such work will always be clearly noted in the product description. Significant flaws, if any, are fully disclosed.

Shipping
All orders are shipped with tracked Australia Post to ensure your purchase arrives safely.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. Orders within Australia over $500 aud, will receive complimentary free shipping.
International Shipping & Duties
International orders, taxes, customs duties, and import fees are not included in the listed price and remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees are determined by the destination country. These fees are set by your country’s import regulations and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
United States Due to recent changes, parcels may be subject to import duties and taxes regardless of order value.
EU & UK Orders may incur import VAT (for example, approximately 19% in Germany) as well as customs handling or processing fees upon arrival.

If you choose to refuse a shipment due to customs charges and the parcel is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the item(s) once received in original condition. Please note that original shipping costs and any return or carrier fees incurred are non-refundable.
