All vintage pieces are final sale, so we encourage you to shop mindfully.

Each item is carefully inspected, measured, and described to ensure accuracy. Due to the nature of vintage clothing, subtle imperfections are to be expected — they’re part of each garment’s unique history and character.

On occasion, we may complete small repairs to ensure a piece is in its best possible condition; any such work will always be noted in the product description.
If an item has a significant flaw, it will be clearly disclosed.

Shipping

All orders are shipped with tracked Australia Post to ensure your purchase arrives safely.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.


International Shipping & Duties

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their local authorities. These costs are determined by your country’s import regulations and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

United States customers: Recent changes mean that all parcels may now be subject to import duties and taxes, regardless of order value.

EU / UK customers: Parcels may incur import VAT (for example, 19% in Germany) and handling fees upon arrival.

We recommend checking with your local postal service or customs office for current information before placing your order.


Returns & Refunds

At Arrive Archive, each piece is described and photographed with great care. However, if a significant fault was missed, we do offer returns within Australia — provided the request is made within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

We do not accept returns for change of mind or fit.

We do not offer international returns.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as these are paid directly to the courier once your parcel has been sent.

To request a return, please email hello@arrivearchive.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns must be authorised before being sent — unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.


Return Conditions

Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with any original tags, dust bags, or authenticity cards (if applicable).

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid label and instructions.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged or incorrect. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. If you’d like to secure another item, we recommend placing a new order once your return is approved.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
