Returns & Refunds Policy

At Arrive Archive, we take care to accurately describe and photograph every item. However, we understand that some faults may occasionally be missed. In these instances, we offer returns within Australia, provided the request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

-We do not accept returns for change of mind.
-We do not offer international returns.

To request a return, email us at hello@arrivearchive.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be authorised before being sent. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

-Items must be returned in the original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with original dustbags/tags/authenticity cards (if bought with one)
-Items that are accurately described and photographed are final sale and not eligible for return.

Shipping

-Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
-If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return label and shipping instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We recommend purchasing the desired item separately once your return is approved, as we do not process direct exchanges.

EU Customers

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Refund Processing

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
