Shipping policy
Orders are shipped to the address mentioned by the buyer, which is on the electronic invoice issued upon confirmation of the order. The buyer will receive the items he ordered at the address he indicated during the ordering process. We do our best to get your package out as soon as possible.
The delivery times indicated on www.arrivearchive.com are given for information purposes only and are not contractual, as they may vary. Please note that all orders placed on Fridays from 1pm, Saturdays and Sundays will be sent the following Monday. The time it takes to receive your goods varies depending on your location. In most cases shipments are processed within a week, please allow up to four weeks for delivery. Arrive Archive is not responsible for any problems or delays in shipping. It will be up to the buyer to make a protest to the postal services. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure : We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your shipment leaves our facilities, its delivery is out of our hands. We do not refund for packages lost in transit or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Once the order has been received, the buyer must report any anomaly (missing and/or broken product) to Arrive Archive via email (arrivearchive@gmail.com) the same day the package is received, or at the latest one working day after receipt.
